In your sample pack, you will receive:
- 1 Non-personalised sample printIf we do not have your specified sample shade currently in stock, we will either post an alternative shade along with a card swatch of the preferred shade or advise you of the next re-print of your selected shade.

Customise Your Stationery in Three Easy Steps:
- Design: Select your favorite item(s) from our studio design collections.
- Color: Choose your palette from our variety of primary card colors and envelopes.
- Wording: Provide your personalised wording and we handle the rest!
Design and Proofing Process:
- Initial Proof: After placing your order, allow up to 3 working days to receive your first digital proof. This includes two rounds of design proofing.
- Review: Please check spelling and grammar carefully before submission. We recommend getting a second opinion before providing feedback.
- Revisions: After receiving your feedback, we take another 3 working days to revise and send your final proof. Additional revisions are available at £30 per round.
Production and Delivery:
- Once you approve the final proof, production begins, and no further changes are possible. Production takes up to 10 working days. You will be notified once production is complete and your order has passed quality assurance.
