Welcome to The Journal

Welcome to the first edition of  The Journal, a platform created for connection, storytelling and inspiration. Whilst design is at the heart of Studio Bim, I notice I spend a lot of my time connecting and engaging with clients to build genuine relationships and trust that shape the stationery we create together. This journey of discovery has taught me the value of connection and community.  

The Journal is about sharing the real stories behind the work, the honest and thoughtful moments from real couples. I invite you (pun intended) into the creative process, the things that inspire me and the journey that continues to shape Studio Bim. 

I started Studio Bim as a reaction to the changes to our design values, leaning out of traditional conventions of wedding aesthetics and leaning into more contemporary design. Every collection is inspired by real people and the way we live now. The Journal is my way of giving back to the community that inspired me to start in the first place. It’s a space to share ideas, celebrate love stories and document the journey of Studio Bim along the way. 

This space isn’t about being polished or perfect. It’s about honesty, reflection and real connection, with my clients, my peers, and the wider creative world. I hope you find inspiration here. But more than that, I hope you feel seen, maybe understood in the stories that are shared.

So this is where it begins... my story, your stories and all the beautiful, thoughtful moments in between.
